Quick rules questions:
1. Can a Spectre force an enemy model to go prone as part of its full move (leading to the enemy model being trapped if it loses a fight)?

2. Can a Gundabad Blackshield Shaman shatter the One Ring? (tbh, I think it's a little silly that the Blackshield shaman apparently can shatter Anduril and the staffs of the Istari, but whatever. Goblin Shaman > Gandalf the Grey for staff breaking powers).

Thanks in advance.

1. This is covered in the FAQ:
"Q: Can a Dead Marsh Spectre use ‘A Fell Light Is In Them’ to force a
model to lie down, dismount or anything else that could be considered as
a complex action? (pg 36)
A: No."

2. The One Ring is not a weapon and the Blackshield shamans Tremor states: "Pick an enemy model within sight of the Shaman. The victim has all of its weapons destroyed and is considered unarmed for the remainder of the game". Thus has no effect on the one ring. It also does not mention that it affects the staffs powers when casting magic, just that the model would fight unarmed in combat so not sure that the wizard would lose the ability to add +1 to his casting roll.

Blackshield Shaman + Dwimmerlaik is insanely frustrating. It really should be one, instead of all weapons.
