You can see on the poll, the green circle is inside the option that you voted for. Also the percentage on the right hand side is bolded on the option you voted for.

Because ideas and thoughts about what to paint can change. I have more Command groups to paint than royalty so I initially voted for that out of utility. Then later I changed because I came up with a good idea for the royalty entry. People change minds especially on this stuff. Makes sense to keep it mallable in my mind.

Realised I could do with painting my Corsair Captain and Bo'Sun, (he counts, right?).
