Wow, that really sucks. I hope you recover fast & get well soon. After all, painting until you heal up can't all be that bad, especially if you have a tremendous backlog to catch up.

That sucks man, I know how it feels to be broken into. Hope you get better.

And that Minas Tirith would be great for a Dol-Amroth city as well!

Thanks Guys. I am not in much pain. This new specialist will decide what to do. May be they will be ale to reduce the pain in the foot too. It hurts worse than the new break.
The funny thing was A yellow jacket stung me on my ear when I was trying to help my brother board up the window. It really sucked because I could not run away

I like it, I've seen a few photo's of this around on ASWA. It's a good presumption of what Minas Tirith looked like before the films came out. What I like about it is there is plenty space around the levels. Some repairs will certainly help rejuvenate it a little. :)

Noon August 6th The Atlanta Miniature Battle-game Society will use the Minas Tirth for a Spear and Shield Siege at Treefort Games in Fayetville Ga. U.S.A.

Breaking my leg has set me back on the restoration of the fortress. I made repairs and try brushed and re-surfaced the ground work. I will clamp every thing together before the game and have the doors and hatches ready. The gaps wont show nearly as bad. I have a white tree and a fountain ready.I will have to work more on the paint after the game

I have the 16 new hatches cut out and pre-stained.. I am going to finish the glue up to night. I will have to let the hatches dry before I add the pull rings.
Image
I won't need the Citadel Guard for the game Saturday but I am going to finish them next. They will guard the interior gate.I need to make 30 new doors. I won't get done by Saturday. I think I have enough pre-cast Hirst Art half's to substitute until I finish.

I re-based the 1980 Feld beast and repaired my two siege towers. We will have five for the game. I hope to have all nine Feld Beast for my current rules game. I am not sure about the Saturday game. I am not bringing figures. There should be lots of cool old stuff.

Looks great. Must have been fun playing. So who won in the end, good or evil?
