Firstly, this is a rather impolite and pushy way of putting it. He's VOLUNTEERING, not being paid for this, it's up to him when he wants to do it. As a volunteer, he is under no obligation to race and get this done ASAP. A more polite way of resolving this would have been to PM him and ask (politely) if he had gotten any further with his part in this project.

Secondly, he probably has a very good reason for taking a little while. He may be busy, have forgotten about this (no pun intended), or assumed this project was closed because of inactivity.

Thirdly, good projects take time. You can't put together a decent article in a day, or even a week. Give him a bit more time before you start breathing down his neck.

To be honest i thought this whole thing was dead as no-one had posted anything in it for days and you havent even Pm'd me to tell me what you wanted done.

Also at the moment i am having a hard time in real life, so i havent had much tme for the hobby.

If you get pushy again, i'm out of this project.

He just explained to you that life is hard right now and he has very little time for the hobby. I can fully sympathize. Lack of time is why I pulled out of this project too. If you want to do this project, you're going to have to learn to be more patient, and be willing to wait when people are busy! :wink:

You might have not specified a subject, in which case it wouldn't send. Either way, it doesn't really matter. There's not much point in arguing over it.
