Veins on Fell Beast's wings! Superb ideas, extremely successful jobs. |

Plastic Tauriel is definitely a better model over the resin, still even with your magnificent painting it doesn't resemble Evangeline Lilly, like most of the range not looking like the actors. I was hoping it was just GW's paint job, but you've shown that at least with this model it bares little resemblance to the actress. |

I have the resin model and I'd say with that one it is a case of a poor studio paintjob. The face has a much better shape and definition. It's no Arwen though. |

I have finally finished my Thorin's company. I've also recently painted a Fellowship for a commission that turned out quite well and has inspired me to repaint my own. |

Nice work as usual. Put up your master of lake town though, that one's exceptional. Saw it on your blog or another forum perhaps. |

That is some seriously proud work. They look as though they have walked directly out the films! And first time I've ever actually liked plain black base rims. |

Fantastic work MMS! The only thing that troubles me about that Fellowship is Legolas's bow and Merry's dagger bent oddly. |

"... turned out quite well" Good lord Chris, if only my 'quite well' was so jaw dropping. Beautiful work yet again (subtle colours, superb flesh tones etc) |
