I a search on the forums and couldn't find my answers so...here it goes. This is mainly for SBG, for I've been told that WoTR is kinda of set on what units are and aren't allowed (basically if its not in the official rulebook then it ain't happening). High elves = those that fought in the Last Alliance, just to be clear
1) are there official stats/rules for Celebrimbor (In LoME), his base cost equals that of Gil-galad.
2) in LoME there are a slew of troop types not represented in miniatures or rules so that brings into effect House Rules. Now what I'm curious about is if the High Elves can use the same stat lines as their woodelf brethens in regards to cavalry. (Converting High Elves into cavalry using the bottom part of a WoR) Which then follows with the chariot following the rules that are set for the Khandish chariots, and the catapult follows the rules for the Mordor one. Though the warriors driving/firing these units would still retain their own High Elf stat lines. As for the Rangers I'm at a lose for, since there really isn't anything to go off of; do they have ambush skill, better shot value, etc. Since they are 4pt high base than straight High Elf Warriors. (was interesting to note that G.Elves have a higher defense the H.Elf in SBG but is reversed in WoTR) hmmm, is there a supplement or WD that might have a more updated rules than the one found in the SBG rulebook, for High Elves?
3) is it accepted in GW circles to have High Elf cavalry in WoTR if using the above conversion, even if there isn't a stat line for them?
