But maybe any Warrior refers only to basic Warriors of each race? otherwise why would they capitalize it?
and nothing in the rules states that rohan warrior can not pick up elven banner.

does it really matter who's banner it is. all banners have the same effect.

well if dwarf picks up wood elf banner it basically adds 2 def to the banner bearer, which is great.
though elven banner is more expensive, so there is no point buying one if you can get one for dwarves.
well yes, i guess it doesn't matter much.

but i am still not sure if other models, except for the basic warriors are aloud to pick them up.

so i'm asuming berserkers couldn't pick up an isengard banner. can the goblins get banners?

Goblins do not have banners, they have the drum. And actually there is nothing in the rules that indicates that berzerkers can not pick up banners. The word Warrior is often capitalized to exclude Heroes. This is a red line through the sourcebooks and rulebooks
