I think crossbows are fun to play with and can be a real headache for someone if you know what you're doing. One of my favs for WoTR and SBG is Vrashku. Vrashku is great at picking off folks that can't get into combat, and he's got might which means he's no slouch in close.
I don't think I would count out the troll too quickly either. A troll paired with the uruks is one nasty combination. With the Uruks to either side the troll can't be surrounded which means he's going to start picking things apart, and if you charge the troll you run into being charged by tough uruk shields with pike support. If you're still not convinced you can always park the shaman behind the troll with his Fury so that what few casualties you take have a 15% chance to be saved. (I don't have a book here so if I mentioned the wrong spell oops)

im not sure about 6 wargs. my friend had 4 and i shot them alll before they reached me and that was in smaller point value match than this so i had 7 archers. if theyve got more than 7 archers which youre apponent will have im a bit worried theyll get shot. on the other hand that army could be affective. consider taking out the captain and maby ugluk or lurtz then putting in sharku and some more wargs .im also not sure about having 3 crossbows and 8 bows. why not just have all crossbows or all bows. i like the first one for the 19 pike men and 19 shields. again on the second the warriors would be good but sometimes having a scouting army can be better. im always using a scouting army for dwarfs and urak hai are quite similar. ive beaten urak warriors with my scouts. also maybe feral urak hai and the new hero mauher is a good hero and leader. i think my fave is the first
