Hey guys... back in the end of 2009 and the start of 2010 (before the melt down) I loved taking part here. I'm super happy to have a bit of time to come back and try and pick up from where I left off... which for the most part is leaving all my minis unpainted. My son will likely be back on here as well (SpiderSlayer) and together we will pick up the painting of our hordes. I mainly have focussed on the Uruks and hope to finish them off in the near future. We do game as well, although still fairly inexperienced with it (still learning the ropes and advanced rules). I myself was a mini collector back in the Ral Partha, Mithril, RAFM manufacturer days (mid 1980s)... and I still have some of those old figures. I still have a lot to learn about techniques... and will continue to look for feedback and tips. Nice to see a number of consistent names on here. |

We do have a shop that we used to game at, but they've stopped really carrying the range when GW's policies got a little wacky. They still have open gaming some nights though, so it would theoretically be feasible. We also have a GW store in town which holds Hobbit SBG games on Wednesdays. They're only open about 10am-6pm though. |
