Hello fellow one-ring'ers, I've joined the site a few weeks ago and I am very excited about everything I see here! :D :D

I started collecting the GW miniatures about one and a half year ago and didn't really mind the hobby, just painting the figures and messing around with them. Untill a few months ago I painted a figure in the GW store and it looked a lot better (wash, highlights) and I wanted to apply this to all my figures, since then my skills have improved a lot and I really enjoy the hobby. I have the summer holidays now so I decided I wanted to make a proper gaming board, an army and so on..

I hope you all keep inspiring me and I can have even more fun and my skills keep improving!!

Welcome to O-R and the hobby in general. It's good to see GW are still attracting new customers, as they are sadly losing a lot of their old ones. There is a an abundance of inspirational threads and articles here, along with some very knowledgeable members who can help you out with any advice. 8)
