Hey guys! I've been here for almost a month now. Just decided to post here today.

Anyways, I've collected and painted some Wood Elves a few years ago when I lived in Australia. I didn't really take it to seriously though. Now, I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and have recently gone back to the hobby. As of now, I only have a team of Vault Wardens and some Goblins from the starter set. I'm still trying to get my Wood Elves brought here. I also had the Wood Elf Command set. Nonetheless, I'm still trying to find more time for the hobby and stuff. I was able to get the 2005 version of the rulebook online and also the "How to Paint Citadel Miniatures" book. I'm learning the rules and everything so yeah. I might first start off with collecting miniatures that look good to me before I start thinking about gaming. I'm really interested in getting some Rangers of Middle-Earth or maybe some Dwarf Warriors to paint first.

Just wanted to say hi and all 8)

Hello and welcome :) great to see your interest in the hobby renewed after all the years! Same story with a lot of people I think ;)

As for your army, it sounds pretty good. You mention having Vault Wardens and Elves already, so I'd recommend a box of Dwarven Rangers over Rangers of Middle Earth, perhaps build up a Dwarven-Elven alliance.

Hope to see you around the forum!
