Hi all
i just thought i'd share this with you all

its a fanmade film called the hunt for gollum
IMO its very good seeing as they dont have billions of pounds like PJ does
I espesially liked the orcs, great make up

what do you think of it?

Born of hope is indeed a great movie and in my opinion the movie is far better made than the hunt for gollum

yes, I've just seen born of hope and now I have to agree
I especially liked the twins and thier sychronised shooting

i agree both films are excellent, well worth watching

The Hunt for Gollum is surprisingly well made, but Born of Hope is better in every way. In Born of Hope there is some depth and humour. The orcs are as orcish as they come and I too liked the twins' synchronized archery. Do anyone here know if the saga about Fornost's fall is taken from the Lay of Beleriand or whatever the book is called?

The only problem I have with born of hope is near the end when arathorn stabs an Orc by putting his sword down its shirt. Just kind of took me out of the moment.
