Are you talking about the map-based campaign (Middle-Earth in Flames) that was previously in BGiME and White Dwarf? It's now on the games workshop website (you have to be registered to see it though):

By "expand", do you mean how to make it print larger, or including a larger portion of Middle Earth?

I was thinking myself on how to add places like Rhun, Harad, Rivendell, etc. but I can't really think of a simple solution. Maybe find a full map and edit it on your PC.

Me and my friend did that we got a map from google then we just outlined lots of spots. it was going to play the same as that campaign thing from BGiME but the square/hexagons(or what everythere called lol) were alot bigger.. we never got around to playing it though.
