The Army of the Dead are being re-released in see-through plastic!

Kind of funny ... although I think most people are still hoping to see some genuine new models at some point, or at least another made-to-order.

Also a bundle of Gondor terrain.

I like the idea, though I'd have to see them unpainted to judge the potential

That's a pass for me. I wonder how much the terrain bundle will go for, and who would buy it. That's a lot to assemble, paint and store.

Re: Gondor buildings, the last bundle price was just the sum of its parts. On the other hand, the Rohan Fortress was actually a deal. I'll probably make my buying choice based on which pattern this follows.

The Army of the Dead figures are kinda interesting but a somewhat baffling choice given that we all have more AoD figures than we can use already from the Battle of Osgiliath set.

I guess the main point is GW trying to tell us not to give up hope yet....

Its an easy change for a new print run. I wish they would make the men the AoD released to sail to Gondor's rescue.

and ROTK turned 20 this year… nothing from GW to commemorate or tie in? What was the major Middle Earth release this year? Didn’t they put on that big video release event with Troke in 22? Just the scenery after that?
