Hello guys After seeing the announcements of the ToS for Lotr/hobbit SBG that among other things they are going to reprint some of the OOP models I thought why not help them out by telling them which models we would like to see again. So me personaly I would like to see them all reprinted but here are some that are high in my list: Corsair Arbalesters Corsair Captain and Bo'sun Mahud King King Arvedui and Malbeth the Seer Arathorn Arnor Command Shade Eorl the Young Gandalf the Grey Mounted Saruman with the Palantir (I love this model) Gildor Inglorion Cirdan Khandish King on Chariot Uruk-Hai shaman (the one holding up a spear in one hand and skull in the other) The Warg Marauder And so many more I can't ever remember them all!!!!! Plus I would like to see some hobbits in plastic sprues and other armies which are difficult to field like fiefdoms and arnor. Come on guys write what you would like to see come back |

This would probably be my list Legolas mounted (I need him for a campaign and he is really hard to get.) Gimli sitting on a dead Uruk - Because it looks awesome. Feral Uruks Dunlendings ( I know there are some but I would like to see more) Army of the Dead Banner Guys Farmer Maggot because he has his dogs And yeah, Saruman with palantir would be cool because my one has lost the end of his staff. Probably had an encounter with Gandalf "Saruman, your staff is broken" Also, I would like to see more metal models in plastic instead because my metal models always chip and I can never spray them right, I always find bits where it is not sprayed. |

Have you seen the cover of SBG 3? I want those baddies made for purchase or detailed conversion instructions, that is, if I don't blow up waiting for the mag to arrive! |

I didn't think there was anything that had gone from plastic to Finecast, only from metal to Finecast. I don't think GW have any intention of ever returning to metal models, any existing metal models are remaining stock (and possibly metal reserves they have). |

I'd LOVE to see feral Uruk Hai come back. They're almost impossible to find second hand! |

It's still so hard to believe that all this awesome stuff is actually happening. Even a few months ago I wouldn't have believed OOP models would ever see the light of day again. So good. It'll be interesting to see if there is any limit to what they re-release - perhaps the time will come when every model is available again. I was under the (apparently mistaken) impression that the molds for OOP models were destroyed, making their return impossible. Anyway, rambling aside - here's what I'd *love* to see make a return: - Metal Mordor Orcs - Breaking of the Fellowship - Numenorean Bowmen - Knights of Dol Amroth on Foot - Casualties - Mounted Ringwraiths |

I think the main aim with returning models is to bring back the models you need to play the game. So I don't think we’ll see models like the metal Mordor orcs or Breaking of the Fellowship returning as there are alternative versions available. Hopefully we will see things like Numenor bowmen, Ringwrsiths on horses and Knights of Dol Amroth on foot return. Of course we may also see new sculpts instead (I'd especially like that for the Dil Amroth Knights on foot). |

yggdrasil wrote: What I would REALLY want is all the Finecast victims returned to plastic, especially the spear models. AFAIK, none of the current Finecast figures were ever plastic. They are all figures that were originally released in metal and I think we are expecting them to be re-released in Forgeworld Resin (a totally different thing that GW Finecast). |

Ferals would be nice. I would like to add a few to my collection. And swan knights on foot is a big thing also cause its is hard to find foot soldiers for a fiefdoms army. the men-at-arms with pikes are only good if you have someone they can back up on a regular basis. |

How about something interactive where GW run polls for oop models to re-release and let their customers vote online and dictate the order of release? Would people like that sort of that model ? |

I think they should run it as cast on demand. All they would have to do is maintain the mold and when they receive an order for a model, cast it. This may slow down there quick shipping times a bit but it would allow them to maintain the entire collection without having to maintain on hand stock. |

jdizzy001 wrote: I think they should run it as cast on demand. The mass production helps reducing the cost. The miniatures are already overpriced (for some countries), image how much they will sell em if they cast on demand. |
