Are these announcements supposed to be sticky on all boards? |

Announcements can be made either global so they appear in all forums, or local, so they just show up in the forum they were originally posted in, like a 'sticky' post. But unlike 'sticky' posts, announcements show up at the top of every page within a forum. |
